Refund Policy

1. Free directory access

Browsing Kutaf.com, opening a listing, using search and sending a correction request by email does not require payment. There is nothing to refund for ordinary use of the catalogue.

2. No checkout on listing pages

Kutaf.com does not take bookings, table deposits or salon payments on behalf of listed businesses. Money you pay to a barber, salon, restaurant or market is a matter between you and that business. Ask them for their own refund rules.

3. If a paid Kutaf service exists later

If we later sell a paid placement, featured card or similar directory product, the order confirmation will state the price, term and cancellation rules. Unless that confirmation says otherwise:

• Fees for a period already displayed on the site are not refunded
• Duplicate charges caused by our error will be refunded in full
• Requests must be emailed to worldmapscenter@yandex.com with the order reference

4. Chargebacks

If a card issuer opens a dispute, we will provide the order record. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to refusal of future paid services.

5. Listing removal is not a purchase

Asking us to edit or remove a free listing is not a paid product. We handle those requests under the Listing Guidelines, not as a refund.
