Kutaf.com (“we”, “us”) operates a public business directory at kutaf.com. This policy applies to visitors, people who email the directory desk, and businesses named on listing pages.

1. Who is responsible

Privacy and listing requests for this website are handled through the directory desk: worldmapscenter@yandex.com. We do not operate a public street office for Kutaf.com. Please include the listing URL with every request.

2. Public directory information

Listing pages may display a trading name, category, region, street address, telephone number, opening hours, map coordinates and archived visitor comments. Those fields appear because they were already public on a Kutaf listing, or because they were recovered from archived public pages. Missing fields are left blank. We do not invent telephone numbers, addresses or reviews.

If you are named as a business on Kutaf.com, the lawful basis for publishing restored public directory facts is our legitimate interest in maintaining a usable local directory, together with information that was already made public. You may object or request an edit as set out below.

3. Information you send us

If you email worldmapscenter@yandex.com or use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, listing URL and message you provide. We use that information only to reply, to update or remove a listing, or to keep a short record of the request. We do not sell those messages or use them for unrelated marketing.

4. Technical data, cookies and analytics

When you open a page, our hosting provider and the site may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL and the pages viewed. This is needed to deliver the site, keep it secure and understand which listings are opened.

Yandex Metrika (counter 96898835) is used to measure visits. It may set cookies or similar storage. Third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense if advertisements are shown, may process device identifiers and cookies to serve and measure ads. 5. How long we keep information

Public listing fields remain published until they are corrected or removed. Contact emails are kept only as long as needed to complete the request and a reasonable follow-up period. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the analytics provider.

6. Sharing

We do not sell a marketing list of directory visitors. Hosting, analytics and, if enabled, advertising vendors process data as described above. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the directory against abuse.

7. Your requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to processing, and to ask for erasure of personal data we control. For a listing, the practical route is: send the page URL and the change you want to worldmapscenter@yandex.com. We may ask you to show that you are entitled to speak for the business.

8. Children

Kutaf.com is a general business directory. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect contact details from children for marketing.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the site, hosting or advertising setup changes. The date at the top of the page is the latest version.
