DMCA Policy

1. Scope

Most Kutaf pages are directory text about a trading name, category and public location fields. If you believe a specific page nevertheless hosts copyrighted material that you own (for example an image, a copied article, or comments that reproduce protected text) you may send a notice as set out below.

2. What to include

Send the notice to worldmapscenter@yandex.com with:

• Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address
• A description of the copyrighted work
• The exact Kutaf.com URL of the allegedly infringing material
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. What we do

We will review complete notices and may remove or disable access to the named material. We may tell the person who provided the content, if we have their contact details. Incomplete notices may be returned for more information.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email with your contact details, the URLs, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court. We may restore the material if the complainant does not pursue the claim.

5. Repeat infringement

Kutaf.com may refuse or remove listings that repeatedly infringe copyright. Directory facts such as a business name or a public address are not, by themselves, treated as copyright claims against the existence of a listing.

6. Misrepresentation

Submitting a false notice can have legal consequences. Do not use this process only to hide a lawful, factual directory listing. For ordinary name or address corrections, use the Listing Guidelines and the contact page instead.
