Accessibility
Kutaf.com aims to make directory pages readable and usable with common browsers, keyboards and assistive technology.
Last updated: 20 September 2026
1. Aim
We want visitors to search listings, open a business page, read the overview and use contact or map links without being blocked by the layout. Pages use semantic headings, skip-to-content links, visible focus states and text that is not trapped in images.
2. What we have implemented
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page
- HTML landmarks for header, main and footer
- Buttons and links that can be reached with a keyboard
- Form labels on the directory contact page
- Colour contrast aimed at readable body text on light cards and on the dark hero
- Reduced-motion respect where the browser requests it
3. Known limits
Some restored listings have long historic titles. Map embeds from third parties may not meet the same standard as our own HTML. Third-party advertising units, if shown, are outside our full control.
4. Compatibility
The site is a static public directory tested in current desktop and mobile browsers. We do not require a login to read listings.
5. Feedback
If a page is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard or zoom, email worldmapscenter@yandex.com with the URL and what you were trying to do. We treat accessibility reports as listing-quality issues and will try to fix the template.
