By accessing kutaf.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Kutaf.com is a directory publisher, not the owner or operator of the shops, salons, restaurants or markets named on listing pages.

1. The service

We publish structured public pages for local businesses, mainly barbers, beauty salons, restaurants and markets in the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States and Switzerland. Historic URL paths such as /list/ and short name URLs are kept so older search results still open a full page.

2. No professional or consumer advice

Listing copy, service notes, maps and frequently asked questions are general information. They are not a recommendation to visit, hire or buy from a business, and they are not legal, medical or financial advice.

3. Accuracy and your own checks

Names, addresses, telephone numbers, hours and services can change without notice. Restored fields may be incomplete. Always confirm details with the business before you travel, book or pay. Kutaf.com does not guarantee that any listing is current, licensed, insured or open.

4. Relationship with listed businesses

Kutaf.com is not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business. We do not take bookings, deposits or payments for those businesses. Related listings are browsing suggestions, not paid rankings, unless a page clearly states otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You may browse and share individual listing URLs for ordinary personal use. You must not scrape the catalogue in bulk, overload the servers, attempt to break security, insert malware, or republish Kutaf listing text as your own directory without permission.

6. Listing edits and removal

We may edit, decline or remove a listing when a valid request is received, when archived information is incomplete, when a page is misleading, or when we need to protect users or the directory. See the Listing Guidelines.

7. Intellectual property

The Kutaf.com name, layout, original directory copy and compilation of the catalogue are protected. Public facts about a business (such as a trading name or a published address) remain facts. Do not copy the site’s written overviews in bulk.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kutaf.com is provided “as is”. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on a listing, from a visit to a business, or from downtime, except where liability cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

9. Governing information

These terms are intended for an international directory audience. Mandatory local consumer rules still apply where they cannot be contracted out. Disputes about the website itself should be raised first at worldmapscenter@yandex.com.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change is posted on this page constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
