6. I only wanted to go in to get a gel polish on my nails and when I went in they had me sit down for 30 minutes wait and then tell me they couldn’t do it the most terrible service I have ever had in a very long time do not recommend!

I went in the nail shop for a full set and they said kids aren’t welcome. My child is 4, and had on a mask. All parents don’t have sitters for their kids or time throughout the week to get their nails done. This is very inconvenient and rude.

10. There was a wait, however, they took time to ensure that my pedicure was done satisfactorily. It was worth the wait…I will definitely be returning. Hein is an awesome nail tech. I wear my own nails painted with shellac and my nails are strong, healthy and long.
